Acabou por ser um ano "fraquinho", até porque, um dos lançamentos que mais esperava acabou por desiludir....Agalloch. O álbum não é mau, acaba por saber a pouco, talvez porque as expectativas eram demasiado elevadas.

O ano fica marcado por dois excelentes registos, Deathspell Omega e Thou. Os DsO terminam em beleza a trilogia, enquanto que os Thou confirmam tudo aquilo que se esperava...são uma das bandas mais marcantes da sonoridade Sludge.

Embora já tenha definido o meu top 6, os restantes 4 lugares estão complicados de hierarquizar. Basicamente, considero cerca de 10 álbuns (após os 6 primeiros) muito semelhantes em termos de qualidade, de maneira que não é fácil fazer essa triagem.
De qualquer modo, amanhã mesmo postarei a minha lista, com algumas menções honrosas também.

Relativamente a 2010, tendo sido um bom ano em termos de lançamentos, ficou muito aquém do fantástico 2009.
