Os nomes já anunciados para a próxima edição do Roadburn incluem Electric Wizard, Acid Mothers Guru, Year of No Light, Church of Misery e Witchcraft. Mais confirmações em breve (corre o rumor de que o duo canadiano Nadja pode vir a ser incluído no cartaz).

O evento decorrerá de 17 a 20 de Abril de 2008 na cidade de Tilburg (Holanda). Prevê-se que a venda de bilhetes comece em Novembro, assim que o lineup esteja (quase) completo.

Um tipo anda a ver se me convence a ir mas essas datas não são as melhores.

Depende do cartaz, mas um festival deste tipo e num pais como a Holanda é um sonho, ja me estou a imaginar a ver Neurosis e a fumar um charro de ervinha Holandesa

Celtic Frost vão ser cabeças de cartaz no dia 19.

Estou a ver que tenho de ir à Holanda em 2008.

Kongh também vão lá estar.

O bilhete para 2 dias é para ai 50 euros, um bungalow para 4 pessoas num camping é prai 100 e poucos euros para 2 noites. A viagem de avião comprada em dezembro ou janeiro consegues por 200 euros. Em amesterdão nao pago para dormir por isso nao sei os preços. O festival é a uma hora de carro de amesterdao, 4 pessoas racham um carro alugado para 3 dias e fica o mm preço de um comboio.

CEPHALIC CARNAGE: Confirmed For Roadburn Festival 2008; On Tour Now

Denver’s CEPHALIC CARNAGE have been confirmed for the 2008 Roadburn Festival, held the weekend of April 18 in The Netherlands.

CEPHALIC CARNAGE will perform on Saturday, April 19, during the festival weekend held annually at the 013 Club in Tilburg. The band won't perform their unusual and uncompromising marijuana-induced grind. Instead, CEPHALIC CARNAGE is going to drone out at Roadburn 2008 playing the entirety of their epic Halls of Amenti, their ultra doom-influenced record from 2002, as part of an entire set of drone and doom. The band will be doing this special set only at Roadburn, performing Halls of Amenti live for only the second time ever.
