Swedish brutal, melodic, old-school death metal tyrants DEMONICAL, will emerge with a brand new, fifth studio album titled "Chaos Manifesto", on March 23rd in Europe and April 27th in North America via Agonia Records.

DEMONICAL arose from the ashes of formerly disbanded Centinex in 2006, and in comparison to its older sibling, executes death metal in a far more impetuous and melodic manner. "Chaos Manifesto" is a testament to that statement. After nearly five years since the release of the last full-length album "Darkness Unbound" (2013), the Swede's - now led by a new prominent death growler Alexander Högbom (October Tide, Centinex) - continue the traditional DEMONICAL path with fierce HM-2 driven death metal of utter brutality, yet return in a partially new, yet fully fit five-piece line-up.

From the violent album opener "A Void Most Obscure", via melodic mid-tempo anthems "Towards Greater Gods" and "Välkommen Undergång" (the band's first ever track is Swedish), all the way to the final song "Nightbringer", DEMONICAL once again prove that they're a force to be reckoned with in the extreme metal scene. The five-year gap between albums has not made the band become stale in ideas, either:

"Chaos Manifesto features some new elements and streaks the band hasn’t explored before" - comments bassist, Martin Schulman. "We have tapped an award-winning Swedish producer and we are confident that the album - which summons bits and pieces from all our previous releases - will become an improved quality-related chapter for Demonical, and push our Swedish Death Metal Darkness to a new level".

"Chaos Manifesto" was recorded in 2017 and both mixed and mastered by Karl Daniel Lidén (Terra Tenebrosa, Cult of Luna, Katatonia). The album artwork was designed by Karmazid (Urfaust, Wolfbrigade, Blaze of Perdition). Pehr Skjoldhammer of Alfahanne guest appears on vocals.

UADA finish work on new album

Nearly 2 years after the release of “Devoid of Light“, and tours across American and European lands, the Pacific Northwest four-piece has completed work on their new album “Cult of a Dying Sun”.

Recorded by Robb Bockman at The Maleficarum, Portland, OR and Shane Howard at Sawn & Quartered, Denver, CO with final mix and mastering duties taken over by Arthur Rizk (Inquisition, Power Trip, Cavalera Conspiracy).
It features again classic artwork of Kris Verwimp (which can be seen below), interior design from Chris Kiesling/Misanthropic-Art and photography by Peter Beste.

On their sophomore full-length, “Cult of a Dying Sun”, Uada expand their scope and range of hypnotic craft. Balancing sharp riffs with spectral melodies in a manifold of haunting yet distinctive black metal dirges. A sharp spear in the heart of the brightest star.

Belgian atmospheric black metal trio Wiegedood is working on a new album entitled De Doden Hebben Het Goed III that will be out on April 20th, 2018 on Century Media Records.

"The picture for this cover was taken in Sint-Eloois-Winkel, a small town near Kortrijk where Levy grew up. Subsequently, the cover for ''De Doden Hebben Het Goed II'' was taken in De Haan, where Gilles spent his childhood and the first cover picture was taken in Ransberg, where Wim grew up and is still living today.''

Ten years ago Glenn was diagnosed to have the onset of the early stages of Parkinson’s - from then until recently Glenn has lived his life as the great heavy metal guitar player he has always been, maintaining by his own definition a standard of quality and performance that is incredibly important.

Right now Glenn is able to play and perform some of the Priest songs that are less challenging but due to the nature of Parkinson's progression he wants to let you all know that he won't be touring as such -
