Com alguma vergonha confesso ainda não ter ouvido mas também que vontade de ouvir não me falta.

À falta de um scanner por perto, aqui fica uma transcrição da nossa review na Terrorizer deste mês:

"For those seeking mind-boggling artefacts where underground music and belief systems (that aren't the clichéd Satanism/paganism) converge, Portugal's The Firstborn offer on their fourth album one of the most satisfying concoctions since Shelter and 108's Krishnacore, Vegan Reich's hardline straightedge, or Melechesh's Mesopotamian BM. Enter Buddhist extreme prog space metal!
While Shelter's pop-punk is not everyone's cup of chai, and Vegan Reich backed their lyrical fanaticism with mediocre proto-metalcore, The Firstborn's adaptation of their spirituality to sound is absolutely crushing, balanced somewhere between 108's emotive, outstanding metalcore and Gojira's vast, cosmic death metal, with the added tension created by several instrospective passages. Their expansive use of sitar suits the titanic, labyrinthine compositions so well it never feels like some lazy associative application of 'something sounding all Buddhist and shit'. It is compounded by stellar guitar solos, Mastodonian drumming/percussion, dynamic, muscular riffage and diverse vocal styles (growled/soaring/sermon-like/whispered). Buddhism gives you chops!" 8/10
