= Official statement regarding false rumours that might be spread by some unworthy people.

Sometime ago, owner of the Mistress Dance Records made an release offer to Fall band (involving session member of Stworz). Fall's mastermind - Unvit - replied to him that he MIGHT BE interested and MAYBE he will CONSIDER his offer, but never agreed to anything. Eventually, he got a better offer, and thus politely said "no, thank you" to Mistress Dance. To this point all was fine, demo was released by another label (which simply offered better release conditions).But this was just a beginning.After some time, guy from MDR started to send hysteric mails, stating that he already has arranged everything for the release and that Unvit broke the agreement; not only that. He also was saying some strange things about money and problems Fall is going to have if he will not release his demo under MDR! This is amazing logic. Saying "maybe" or "I'll consider your offer" does not mean "I agree"! And there never was a word about any money either. MDR kept sending strange mails but Unvit simply ignored them.As everyone can see to this point - this case is just CHILDISH and I am amazed we became involved in this and even need to explain anything. Of course this is not the end. Recently, MDR strikes back because he has seen some bulletin, posted around 3 - 4 months ago. In this bulletin, there was a warning about MDR and his strange acting, but there never was a statement about him being a rip off. Why would we call him that? He didn't rip anyone of us off, he was just acting strangely, and bulletin was a simple warning passed on, as everyone does in the underground scenes.Nonetheless, the guy started blackmailing both Fall and Stworz (because of the bulletin...) and threatening us that he will spread "the truth" and "everyone will see we are rip offs" - haha! How bands that never even began to work with guy can be a rip off? I am still amazed with this whole bullshit case. I couldn't care less about what some guy says about me and my music, but he already shown what type of man he is, and some of you may encounter strange rumours about Stworz or Fall. Well, I will leave to your consideration what you will think about this case, I wrote the truth and still think that all these is utter childish nonsense. Hopefully, there will be no more of such idiotism in future and I will not have to do any more of such silly statements!

Bom, bom parece que os canitos são mesmo bem mandados…
Obrigado a quem me avisou rapidamente.

Parece que a paganfront que te mandou isso foi de outro lado, é que espalha tipo vírus, não é.
Parece que como levaram com algo na chama ibérica, apagaram o apoio e statement a fall e stworz e aparece logo de seguida aqui.

Como não tenho tido tempo e como tudo acerca disto vai ser metido no site da MDR , não me vou alongar muito, só dizer que as bandas tiraram essas mentirotas da internet após verem que ninguém os apoiou nesta merdice que por trás tem gente de merda de Portugal de suposta editoras…

Não são os únicos que sabiam do que se passou e que já tinham lido acerca do mesmo, pois antes já se andava a apanhar o certo pessoal de Portugal que andava por detrás disto e muita gente foi lendo as trocas de emails e por ai fora.

Bem isto depois saiu cá para fora depois de um elemento duma banda Portuguesa me ter dito que um elemento doutra banda Portuguesa lhe tinha dito que os stworz tinham andado a meter bulletins acerca da MDR, como o Unvit de Fall me tinha acabado de enviar um email a perguntar se eu queria trocar com ele…
A minha resposta que até trocava, mas depois do que me tinham contado, só queria que eles fossem repor a verdade acerca dos ditos bulletins…
Nada de resposta, voltei a enviar um email a dizer que estava á espera de resposta da parte deles e mais uma vez a pedir para reporem a verdade...nada..
Ao terceiro email voltei a pedir para o fazerem ou então eu teriam de meter bulletins a repor a verdade sobre o que tinha sido divulgado através do myspace de stworz e isso não era bom para ninguém, incluindo fall e stworz.
No dia seguinte veio o gajo de stworz mandar mails a dizer que o unvit lhe tinha ido dizer que eu o estava a ameaçar e que só tinha feito repost dum bulletin de alguém e que não tinha que tirar nada ou repor, pois é algo normal, mesmo que não seja a verdade, entre outras coisas.
Lá respondi que não ameacei ninguém, muito pelo contrário, mas que o devia ter feito pois tinhas sido ele a postar os ditos bulletins, mais uma troca de email com quase a mesma coisa e lá digo para ele 1º ler os mails que enviei ao unvit acerca dos bulletins e depois logo falava…
Passados dois dias várias pessoas me telefonaram a dizer que o gajo de stworz e depois o de fall andava a meter os ditos bulletins como pode ver ai em cima que este dito rapazote bem mandadinho meteu aqui.
Bem e começa logo com algo que se tinha passado comigo e com o unvit e que nós os dois tínhamos ultrapassado e que apenas tinha acontecido porque se descobriu que certa gentinha de Portugal lhe foi dizer para não editar por mim (motivo por que foi rejeitado) e como eu e outras pessoas já sabíamos que essa gentinha andava a fazer (não sei se por frustração de editar bandas que eu rejeito ou por querer editar bandas que eu edito ou por editar banda de nome mas acabadas, não sei, eu nem sou nada, por isso não compreendo) lá continuei a troca de emails com o unvit para tentar arrancar algo mais, em que eles já se tinha descaído mais ou menos acerca dessas pessoas… bom um dia fiquei a saber de mais ou menos tudo e pessoas que andavam a fazer tudo isto e disse ao unvit que por mim estava tudo ok, só para me avisar acerca da edição do CDr que eu queria comprar.
Trocamos mais uns emails até ele me mandar o tal a perguntar se eu queria trocas e na mesma altura as tais pessoas de bandas estavam a contar-me acerca dos tais bulletins mais antigos que ainda hoje não sei acerca bem do quê, nem fall, nem stworz sabem explicar, aliás eles nos bulletins e mensagens trocas com a M.B.A.P. estão em constante contradição e até se desculpam um com ou outro no mau sentido…
Depois de pessoal o fazer ver bem a coisita ou algo do tipo o gajo de stworz retirou os bulletins e diz que é capaz de se precipitado e ter percebido algumas coisas mal, etc…
O unvit, coitadito que precisa sempre de alguém para fazer as coisas por ele que ele…retirou o statement do myspace de fall depois de uma banda pedir para ele retirar a mensagem de apoio que tinha lá metido, pois após saber o que realmente se passou, não queria apoiar uma grande mentira e real criancice.
Isto ficou por ali, só estou á espera de regressar para no site da MDR meter algo acerca de tudo isto, mas como alguém não estava completamente satisfeito andou a meter os ditos statements de stworz e fall num coisa qualquer de nome chama ibérica e não só a dar o seu apoio ás bandas (já tenho por aqui os print screens que depois até podem ser divulgados, aqui só com provas e com a real verdade, não preciso de mentira entre outras coisas para….).
Para além disso o apoio só mesmo de vranorod e outro puto duma tentativa de banda ns, que pensa que é muito mau e depois tem fotos na praia com oculinhos e camisinha… ah e o dito rapazito do Porto que está meses sem responder a um email, mas depois se não lhe response a ele ao fim de dois dias, já não prestam e são isto e aquilo…

Bom só de pensar que tudo isto começou por eu pedir para reporem a verdade num billetin…não posso é esquecer que isto já é anterior e veio de Portugal…
Para qualquer tipo de lavagem de roupa, ameaças, conversa, etç.. é favor fazer através de email e até por acaso se preferirem pessoal também é só dizer e até bebemos uns copos

Já perdi foi demasiado tempo com montes de merda!!!



Ah parece que é mesmo necessário novelas por aqui é que lá pelo estrangeiro, alguns aqui de Portugal até são motivo de chacota...

Sempre foi contra a política deste fórum as lavagens de roupa suja, muito mais em casos de disse que disse, e declarações que são basicamente palavra contra palavra. Já garantimos direito de resposta. E, em casos semelhantes, sempre fechámos o tópico.
