The band was formed in Zaporozhye in spring 2005. From the very beginning of its existence the band has shown an immense pace of development and huge potential. It has taken three years for the band to become one of the most successful national formations. Participation in a great number of concerts and playing with such monsters as RAGE, KREATOR, AMORPHIS, ANATHEMA, NAPALM DEATH, EKTOMORF has significantly contributed to the band’s success.
According to the ukranian press and webzines, Hell:on was recognized as the best Ukrainian metal band in 2007-8.
On July 18 Hell:on will take part in the “Pro-rock” (http://www.prorock.com.ua) festival together with the following bands:
