O Pentagram é uma verdadeira pérola do black metal.Talvez,um dos melhores trabalhos produzidos nesta vastidão de músiccas todos os dias criada.
Contudo não deixo nada atrás o Antichrist.

COURT : - INFERNUS IS GORGOROTH
Oslo court has decided that Gaahl and King don't have the rights for the Gorgoroth name, and that King couldn't register the bandname as a trademark. It has not been decided wether the verdict will be appealed or not.
- QUITED THE BAND
The court has decided that Infernus was not fired by Gaahl and King, but that they quited the band them selves. The court also says that the trademark Gorgoroth was established before Gaahl and King joined the band ( 1998 and 1999 ). - Because of that the court has decided that the trademark registration delivered by Visnes ( King ) is not valid, Infernus lawyer Eirik Rødsand says to nrkhordaland.no.
According to the verdict Roger Tiegs ( Infernus ) is the only remaining member of Gorgoroth. Earlier Gaahl and King has said that they estimate to continue under the name "The Force Gorgoroth" if they lost the case.
- I consider it now after this as clear that Infernus with the new lineup is the one who can use the name Gorgoroth. If the two others wishes to continue as a band on their own, they will have to chose a name that can not be compared to Gorgoroth. in proportion to established court of law it is doubtfully that they can use the word Gorgoroth at all, Rødsand says.
COMPENSATION AND ALLOWANCE REMAINS
The courts verdict is a part of a decision, where the main question of the rights to the band name has been setteled.
- What remains is to settle Infernus claim of taking over gorgoroth.org and their myspace page. It has also been claimed 33,3 % of the 2007 income + compensation for illegitimacy use of the bandname. Court will decide the extent of the compensation.
nrkhordaland.no did not succeed to get in touch with Gaahl and Kings lawyer Lars Christian Fjeldstad.
- NOT SURE IF WE WILL APPEAL
In a recent interview with the Belgian rock magazine Rock N' Balls, King said this about the trial :
- I understand the motives Infernus would have fighting for the rights, but this is also a band I've worked for 8 hours a day on all levels since 1999. I've done that basically alone. Gaahl has been in GORGOROTH since he was 22, and now he is soon 34. It's simply a conflict of interests.
It is unclear if they will appeal the verdict.
I am not sure what will happen if we lose. We can appeal, but there is also a question of how much energy I want to use on this matter. It's not that important to me. I guess Infernus will appeal though.
