Este LP representa um encontro de 2 gerações do Death Metal mexicano, com os lendários Shub Nigurath a partilharem espaço com os "novatos" Necroccultus. A forma de fazer o encontro dos dois foi recuperar um ensaio de Shub Niggurath de 1990, o que significa que, se por um lado a qualidade sonora dos 5 temas de SN não é a melhor, por outro há um sentimento de realismo e de nostalgia que torna os temas (ao estilo de uns Morbid Angel dos primórdios) incrivelmente vivos. Quanto ao lado Necroccultus, é quanto a mim o melhor dos dois (a qualidade sonora também é muito melhor, favorecendo uma adequadíssima atmosfera sombria e brutal, com 5 temas de excelente obscuro Death Metal devedor à escola do Death Metal clássico americano mas com aquele espírito que só as bandas Mexicanas, vá-se la saber porquê, conseguem ter.
Definitivamente a não perder tanto pelos coleccionadores de Shub Niggurath como pelos entusiastas do melhor Dark Death metal de origem Azteca. E recomenda-se em particular muita atenção a estes excelentes Necroccultus... you have been warned!!!
