Ex baterista de The Oath

Long-disbanded German band The Oath announced via Facebook page that original drummer Vincent Albert Wager has passed away at the age of 47.

Statement as follows: ''RIP to original The Oath drummer Vincent Albert Wager. We are absolutely devastated.

"With their mutual love for old metal, best friends Vincent and Johanna have co-founded the band in 2012 before anyone else joined. Vincent named the band The Oath. The rest is history."

"After very short illness Vincent, originally from Brooklyn, passed away December 26th at the age of 47 in Germany. We will never forget your razor sharp wit and very rotten sense of humor."

Reign Of Erebus - Former Drummer Passed Away


UK's black metal ensemble Reign Of Erebus shared news that their former drummer Stuart R. Brogan (1997-2000) has passed away. He also played drums in Roots Of The Old Oak.

Reign Of Erebus comments; ''I am massively shocked and saddened to hear of Stu's passing. Stu (drums) was there at the start of the band, through the first 3 releases and into the writing sessions of Humanracist. I think it was even his damned idea to travel all the way up north to freeze our butt's off to record Of Blackest Magick...!

"Stu was one of the main decision makers of the band in the early days. He had the same vision as me. Even when we parted company we still kept in touch. He caught up with us all a few years ago when we played Bristol. Almost broke my back with his clumsy bear hug.

"Our thoughts are with his wife and family at this difficult time. There's nothing more I can say, other than the memories will always remain. I think I speak for everyone, more so the old line up members, when I say the size of your character doesn't even come close to the size of the hole you will leave behind. Farewell big man!"
