Os HEAVENWOOD em parceria com a FENDER e o programa HYPERTENSÃO de António Freitas na ANTENA 3 deram a oportunidade de vários fans participarem com um texto alusivo ao regresso dos HEAVENWOOD e do FESTIVAL ILHA DO ERMAL 2009.

Desde já o nosso sincero agradecimento por todas as participações, mas infelizmente apenas um vence e sendo assim o prémio Amplificador FENDER FM212R foi atribuido ao participante GONÇALO CARNEIRO da Maia.

Meanwhile a pre-production of a new song, ‘ The Arcadia Order ‘ from HEAVENWOOD‘s forthcoming new album is available for exclusive streaming on the band's MySpace page.


The band is currently hard at work writing the follow-up to its 3rd and 2008’s comeback album " Redemption ". The new HEAVENWOOD record its been composed together with the Orchestral / Classic composer DOMINIC G JOUTSEN from Moscow and a release its expected for 2010 (more details to be announced soon).


The band/ management decision to preview new material so early its because ‘ everybody is really excited about the new stuff and the things are getting really amazing proportions and also the fans and people in general can have a small taste of what’s to come ‘.


For this new album the band will talk about the Portuguese female poet “ MARQUESA DE ALORNA or D. Leonor de Lencastre Portugal and her passionate, turbulent and unfair way of life from 8 to 18 years old once she was arrested on a Monastery for a crime she and her family did not commit.
The talent, genius and expressive sensations from her poems are amazing regarding the century, the fact she was engaged, etc.. she was also very closed friend from BOCAGE and recently was discovered she introduced the ROSE SOCIETY on Portugal... so as you see… a visionary !!! “
