***UPDATE*** - Charlie Zeleny has released the following update/clarification regarding his DREAM THEATER audition videos:

"Wow, I really appreciate all the love with the comments on the DREAM THEATER videos but everyone seems to be misinterpreting what I've been saying. I just got wind of the audition tunes and put them up myself on my YouTube for everyone to see. DREAM THEATER saw them but I was not asked down to audition live.

"I wish whoever gets the drum chair in DREAM THEATER the best of luck and have a good idea of who it is. I personally don't think I am a drummer who is big enough or popular enough to fill the shoes of a drumming legend like Mike Portnoy. But I really appreciate all the support and love everyone has been giving me. I definitely have a busy New Year to try to keep anyone who has checked me out on the DREAM THEATER scene into things I do and hope to continue to make music and videos people like. Thanks everyone!"

De qualquer forma, o site tem informação contraditória: num sitio diz que o flexi está reservado aos assinantes, noutro diz que comprando só este # na loja online ($16USD) inclui o disco, mas quer-me parecer que nas lojas não o terá... Mandei mail a perguntar, ainda não tive resposta.

So it's starting to look like System Of A Down are planning a string of reunion gigs in 2011... which is excellent news (and if you can't accept that go fuck yourself, ed.). Anyway, here's the copy from Blabbermouth:

According to the official blog of Francis Zégut, host of the show "Pop Rock Station" on the French radio station RTL2, System Of A Down will perform at the Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy in Paris, France on June 6, 2011. This is expected to be one of many gigs the reunited band will play in Europe during next summer's festival season. An official announcement on the matter, with more details about the group's future plans, could come as early as next week.

More dates announced soon.


UPDATE

System Of A Down's much-rumored comeback/reunion tour is expected to be announced on Monday, November 29 - or so Blabbermouth tells me - along with details of several European festival appearances in 2011, likely including Download Festival.

In the words of bassist Shavo, "Stay tuned".

Achei frouxo. Mas pior foi o do SBSR em 2005. O melhor deles, foi mesmo o a abrir para Slayer, e aquela coisa com membros de Sepulura.
Mas TDEP arrazaram tudo e todos, e ainda ganhei um galo à conta de um tripé voador...

Oh xsara, que comentário mais parolo, a família não tem direito à privacidade? O quê que interessa como é que morreu? O que interessa é que se perdeu um excelente musico que influenciou muito gente.

Mas hoje em dia há a mania de que só por serem buddies nas redes sociais, realmente são amigos e têm o direito de saber quando é que se casam ou dão um peidinho.
