I have always been keen on and interested in bands that mix drone with other genres, like legendary Corrupted from Japan that play sludge doom metal combined with fantastic drone elements or Boris that play incrediable drone doom while they use solo guitars as well. So this album is a combination and mixture of funeral doom and drone, not as well as some veteran bands such as those above but it is not a very ordinary album, perhaps it can be compared with Bunkur or Monarch or Moss.

The album contains of only one track. It starts off with rude and heavy riffs and some noise that settle down until the end of the song and angry vocals who screams in torment and troubles the listener, at beginning it has some chants while the lash guitars howl and drums hammer, so it can attract the listener not to run away at the beginning. The music does not chang a lot, it follows a definite method until the end and sometimes it brings in some ethereal and spiritual hymns. In general it is not wonderful but interesting without creativity. Fans of dirty and ill music should check it out.

Para quem adora esta banda (como eu), saiu há pouco um LP vinil duplo com muitas raridades. Mais de 90 minutos de boa música, booklet de 20 páginas com imensas fotos da banda, flyers, demos, assim como a história dos Solstice escrita por Rich Walker. Contém as seguintes demos/faixas:

O meu chegou hoje e estou agora a começar a ouvir . Só fizeram 525 cópias e já não há na editora (mandei vir de outro lado) e por enquanto julgo não haver planos para sair em CD

Blood Ceremony, excelente banda na linha de Jex Thoth. Comparação facil por tambem ter uma vocalista feminina. Riffs na linha de Sabbath, Pentagram com uns orgãos psicadelicos. Muito bom.
