Posso me ter esquecido de um ou outro álbum mas no geral foi isto.
O meu álbum do ano foi sem dúvida o dos Converge seguido bem de perto do álbum dos The Chariot. Apenas esses dois reflectem as posições que os coloquei no post. No geral acho que foi um ano muito bom. Destaco o regresso à boa forma dos Gojira, os lançamentos dos Royal Thunder e Christian Mistress da Relapse, o sem fim de lançamentos "Core" de elevada qualidade (Converge, Loma Prieta, Code Orange Kids, Chariot, Birds In row, etc...) e os surpreendentes Monolith Of Inhumanity dos Cattle Decapitation e 777 Cosmosophy dos Blut Aus Nord (pelo menos para mim).

É tão bom ver a melodia em Kreator, e é feita de uma forma tão honesta e maravilhosa. Engraçado que muita gente diga mal da melodia em Kreator, mas quando se fala em outras bandas a conversa já muda...

Foi um dos anos mais produtivos quanto a lançamentos de excelente qualidade. Bem aqueles que mais gostei, e de onde vai sair o meu top50, estão aí, independentemente do género ( os mais aventureiros podem tenter ouvir algumas coisas):
