Referência muito positiva também para os álbuns lançados por Kongh, Tombs, Black Math Horseman, Cobalt, Blut Aus Nord, Sun Of The Blind, Coalesce, Brutal Truth, Goatwhore, Gaza, Celeste, Defeater, Laudanum, Baroness, S:T Erik, Shrinebuilder, Fall Of Efrafa e Manatees.

Uma autêntica masterpiece... Quando se tem um criador como o Mick Kenney e um vocalista do nível do Dave Hunt, o patamar de excelência tem que ser o mais elevado possível. Acompanho a cavalgada destes génios praticamente desde o início, e penso que se superam e evoluem a cada álbum que passa. Desde o Domine Non Es Dignus que adoptaram uma fórmula que os tornou únicos naquilo que fazem, e é neste In The Constellation Of The Black Widow que consolidam da melhor forma todos os elementos que vêm introduzindo na sua música. Mais doentios que nunca, apresentam um trabalho que não tem qualquer barreira em termos sonoros. O Dave Hunt é um autêntico monstro e o que faz ao longo dos poucos mais de 30 minutos de música é superar qualquer tipo de concorrência, ultrapassando todos os limites. In the Constellation of the Black Widow, More of Fire Than Blood, The Lucifer Effect são provavelmente dos melhores temas criados por eles, e até a participação do vocalista dos Republika no tema Oil Upon the Sores of Lepers, é um adoçante para o álbum.
Não foi apenas o melhor álbum de 2009, foi A melhor banda deste ano. Ter um álbum deste calibre e a melhor actuação ao vivo a que tive oportunidade de assistir este ano, só podiam ter direito a este título.
Esperança de os ter por cá novamente e que continuem no grau de excelência que se têm apresentado.
