Bem como estamos no ultimo mes do ano, esta é a altura para o pessoal ir fazendo o Top do melhor que ouviu em 2009, nao sei se alguem vai fazer o MU2009 como habitualmente ocorre neste forum, mas até isso acontecer(se realmente acontecer) o pessoal pode ir deixando as suas listas por aqui, podem fazer a lista com a quantidade de albuns que entenderem, se bem que seria aconselhavel o pessoal escolher no maximo 20 albuns, mas deixo ao criterio de cada um.

Prontos aqui vai a minha, tive que deixar alguns albuns muito bons de fora, mas resolvi só citar 20 albuns, na minha opiniao este ano foi um dos melhores desta decada a nivel de novos lançamentos.

TOP 2009

1- CONVERGE Axe to Fall
Como já referi por diversas vezes, dado o leque de convidados que participam no álbum temi pela coesão do mesmo. Enganei-me. Na minha opinião um o melhor álbum do presente ano. Uma brutalidade de álbum. Tem tudo aquilo que gosto neles: Riffs; vocalizações brutais; e aquele ambiente denso, pesado, obscuro. Se existe banda com uma discografia imaculada, esta será certamente uma delas. Álbum após álbum conseguem fazer com que o ouvinte se interrogue: Afinal qual o melhor álbum deles?
A "Wretched World" é uma das melhores músicas de 2009 (na minha opinião).

2 - KATATONIA Night Is The New Day
A minha banda favorita. O Last Fair Deal Gone Down é o ÁLBUM. Confesso que às primeiras audições me senti um pouco "desiludido". Contudo, a cada audição fui-me deixando levar pelas composições e trata-se de mais um álbum de Katatonia, com a qualidade que sempre nos presentearam. Considero que é um álbum que mais remete bastante para Opeth, mas as músicas são tão boas que isso é secundário. Day and Then the Shade <3

3 - FUNERAL MIST Maranatha
Subscrevo o que o Grimner escreveu no tópico da banda:

Grimner Escreveu:Um album que está nos detalhes. Qando começamos a contentar-nos com algo que nos começa a soar a "já ouvi isto antes", surge algo que nos faz lembrar porque é que ouviamos isto antes: Porque é bom. E depois começama entrar os pequenos detalhes, o excelente uso de atmosferas... a dada altura até o "stacato" da guitarra no inicio da segunda faixa (em que a cada pausa se ouve o "fritar" do amp) nos cria o interesse, quase tanto como a forma inteligente como cria crescendos e depois os desmancha, de uma forma quase "ritual". E, acrescento, com o risco de ferir puristas, deixa o Salvation a comer pó em niveis de maturidade.
