The True Mayhem

Hark! We hereby present to you, the upcoming EP release entitled "Atavistic Black Disorder / Kommando", which is now available for
preorder. The EP contains bonus material recorded during the "Daemon" session. One previously unreleased song, along with the two songs that were featured in the bonus version of the album, which formulates the trinity of the "Atavistic Black Disorder". The "Kommando" side consists of cover of old punk classics The Ramones, Dead Kennedys, Rudimentary Peni and the mighty Discharge.
We're releasing this essentially as a split EP, to highlight the duality of the featured material, and with dual cover artwork to accommodate,
courtesy of Daniele Valeriani.

The EP will be available as a limited box set (1000 copies world-wide), including a slipmat as well as three art prints. Together with the three art prints included in the album box set, this concludes the cycle of "Daemon". There will also be a limited blood-red vinyl version,
exclusively avaialble through our official store, along with new t-shirt designs and -- what's a punk release without it -- a back patch.

WORMWOOD - REVEAL NEW VIDEOCLIP "THE ARCHIVE"!

The Swedish melodic folk/black metal-band WORMWOOD presents "The Archive", a cinematic music video that follows the desperation after an unprecedented catastrophe in 2023. Filmed in Norrtälje Municipality and Stockholm, Sweden.

This is the last story written by the few survivors of the apocalypse and deals with what man didn't do to preserve what we had.

The plot in the music video is based on the book "The Archive" by the Swedish author Mikael Strömberg. A book which comes in a 32 page 12” booklet with the first edition of the vinyl versions of WORMWOOD's upcoming album "Arkivet". The book depicts what happens in the music video and what happens afterwards.

The album title, "Arkivet" ("The Archive"), is a document you write for your close ones after your passing where you describe all your funeral arrangements, where important documents are located, last wishes, etc. WORMWOOD uses this as a metaphor for the whole world. The last words to an already dead planet.

"Arkivet" will be released on CD, vinyl and digital, July 16th, 2021.
