ELECTRIC WIZARD TO RELEASE NEW STUDIO ALBUM IN 2016…



Spinefarm Records are aware that free and wild cult leaders, Electric Wizard, are working on their ninth studio album, with delivery expected in time for a Halloween 2016 release.

This is all the information available. The whereabouts of the band and the recording / mixing details are not currently known, but more news should follow in due course…

This new offering will be the follow-up to 2014’s ‘Time to Die’ – which can be purchased here – and will be the second release on the band’s ‘Witchfinder Records’ imprint, the result of a worldwide deal with Spinefarm Records.

‘Time to Die’ effectively closed the lid on a particular part of the band’s career, and this new album will represent a fresh turn of the turf…

Swedish death black metallers DIABOLICAL have finished their European Tour along with BORKNAGAR and KAMPFAR!

The band has commented:
"So... We are back at home since a week and have recovered!
We wish to THANK all the people that made the European tour in April a great success for DIABOLICAL.
Borknagar of course for being absolutely great and for taking care of us, Kampfar guys too creating a good spirit and great traveling atmosphere and our crew with Rob Sherred always keeping it professional, Tommy Rosenberg keeping things on schedule and thanks to Teo Chitishvili for looking after our stuff!

A big thanks to the local promotors for being overall very good and last but absolutely not least all the people coming to the shows! Overall bigger audiences than we had expected making this trip really awesome - thanks to you.

Thank you also Johannes Laudi Laudenbach, Thomas Hörnkvist, Tito Vespasiani, Rui Paulo (NeKronos Promotion Hell) and everybody else working on this!

Now, time for us to do some festivals, starting out at SteelFest Open Air 2016 in Finland in two weeks, and then Gothoom open air fest in Slovakia, Barther Metal Open Air in Germany and finally Kaltenbach open air 2016 in Austria.

NOCTEM ENTER STUDIO NEXT WEEK TO RECORD NEW ALBUM!!!

NOCTEM, Spanish blackened death metal tyrants are excited to announce that they will begin recording new material for the bands fourth overall release next week. NOCTEM will head to Firework Studios in Valencia, Spain next Monday to record with Enrique Mompo and Tore Stjerna (Watain, Tribulation, Valkyrja). The yet-to-be-titled album is expected to be released later this year via Prosthetic Records (N.America & UK/EU) and Art Gates Records (Spain).

After spending the past two years diligently trekking across Europe with acts including Taake, Valkyrja, Marduk, Anaal Nathrakh, and Nargaroth , as well as making our first-ever trip outside Europe on a headlining jaunt across China in support of “Exilium“ album.

NOCTEM will continue to broadcast their darkened assault this summer as they are set to appear at Spain’s Metal Lorca Festival alongside Rhapsody of Fire before heading out across Spain in late Fall with Negura Bunget. Full dates are as follows:
