He also used nicknames for these ghost zines, nicks as LORD OCULTUS, LORD PANZER, LORD MACTUS, LORD MORTUM, LORD NOCTUM FUNERIS, LORD PACTUM, LORD NEBURUS, RICARDO, RICARDO INFECTUS, LUIS, CHRISTOPHER CRISPIN, etc ... even a woman's name when he wrote for non-existent "NAZCA FANZINE": Veronica Arnao Valencia, Verito Arnao, Verito Inca, etc ... As the modalities of this thief are many, personally I recommend you not to send CDs to Peru, because when you least expect it, he’ll write from a different account with another nickname or ghost zine always trying to rip you off.

Veronica Arnao’s adress has not been used for some time. Instead, he has used another address in Lima at a place called "Las Cruzetas", which belongs to an accomplice he has in a place called "Galleries Brasil" where they sell material , zines, a little of everything. This accomplice is known as "Chato Raul" and he sells everything Paucar steals in his shop.

In addition the offender has used the name of another guy called Giancarlo Herrera Castro. He does exist but he’s not into Metal, he just received the stolen stuff in his property. This other offender lives in a place called "Breña". It’d be easy to see that if you get Addresses requesting for stuff to "Ica", "Breña" or "Las Cruzetas”, just do not send anything. However, there is still a most important detail: Paucar’s address where he lives is Av. Morro Solar. The thing he does is simple: his house has 2 numbers 1710 and 1712 (he can use both), but for bands or labels who do not speak Spanish it could be a little tricky. As you will realize, there is one detail that does not change, which is Morro Solar: that is the only name the offender cannot change because all the other words can be deceiving. He does it to confuse labels and bands especially from Norway, Sweden, Japan, and Germany are easily buying it. For example, when he places:

"Residencial Monterrico Sur" is something that could be omitted or placed just as "Monterrico Sur" or "Urb Monterrico Sur", any way it would be understood.

On the other hand, when he places "Santiago de Surco", which is the name of the district (zip code 33), he can only put "Surco", "Santiago de Surco," or just "Lima 33" or any combination, forexample. "Surco - Lima 33", "Santiago de Surco - Lima 33", "Lima 33" and it would be the same.

This possibility to change in many ways is confusing. He can even change the sender adding any magazine’s name, or label’s… and this is even more confusing.

Sometimes this THIEF adds senseless words such as "Al costado de la universidad Ricardo Palma" because he lives there, but that's absurd. However, this is not necessary: the postman would find the address with or without that. It is just a strategy to confuse.

Not only in JPG but also sending messages, posting, notifications, everything, because Google will immediately capture the text before pictures, if someone looks for information
