Metal Underground

Uma das míticas bandas que criou o movimento Death Metal Sueco, juntamente com bandas como Grave, Carnage, Dismember e Unleashed.



Tudo começou com a formação da banda Nihilist em 1987, passado 2 anos saiu o baixista Johnny Hedlund (viria a fundar os Unleashed) e os restantes elementos formaram os Entombed.



Começaram por praticar Death Metal, foram variando o estilo com a incursão de influencias hardcore/punk, estas influencias acabam por se traduzir no Death and Roll pesado e musculado dos últimos álbuns.

Lars Petrov gutters hell's bowels from inside!

O Wolverine Blues marca para mim uma viragem na maneira como encaro o metal. Rock and Roll à pázada, um rolo compressor de groove, peso e poder.

Esse e o Clandestine são para mim marcos do Death Metal e memso no Metal. Precisamente essa de que tens ai o vídeo é a minha música favorita deles, assim como esta:

Foda-se, adoro. Sinceramente nem sei qual gosto mais... Talvez o «Wolverine Blues», porque foi o 1º que tive contacto (e porque consegui trocar o Blhéc Album de Merdallica com este) e por ser totalmente in-your-face. Ou o «Sons of Satan...»... "O" álbum de covers, enfim.

Eu gostava era de ver o Unreal Estate em DVD. A cara da classe média/alta/yuppies/burguesia/ ao ouvir a voz de Cinderela do LG Petrov a berrar "CHIEF REBEL ANGEL" devia ser impagável...
